PT. Asuransi Winterthur Life Indonesia renamed to PT. Credit Suisse Life & Pensions Indonesia

When Winterthur Group merged with Credit Suisse Group in 1997 most Winterthur operations had renamed to Credit Suisse. The Asia-Internationalific region operations commenced to rename in 2000.
The composition of share ownership of CSLP Indonesia between Winterthur Life, Switzerland, PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata and PT. Ekamulia Catrapratama remains unaltered, as 60%, 25% and 15% respectively. The management stays consistent as well.
By renaming to CSLP Indonesia, the company is able to benefit the worldwide known brand. Thus, CSLP Indonesia is accordingly committed to serving customers better with customized and innovative insurance products and pension fund plan. In relation to the new name, CSLP Indonesia has recruited more staff to assist the business process in order to gain customers' satisfaction.
